The iPrevalence website and dashboard are now live with data for 12 long term conditions across the 4 UK regions (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). You can access the dashboard here to see the data.
The dashboard brings together data from the different UK NHS organisations that publish prevalence data separately in order to present a joined-up ‘view’ of the numbers across the whole country via an up to date online platform that is refreshed regularly.
The 12 conditions and diseases included in the dashboard at launch are the following:
- Asthma
- Atrial Fibrillation
- Cancer
- Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
- Coronary Heart Disease
- Dementia
- Diabetes
- Heart Failure
- Hypertension
- Mental Health
- Palliative Care
- Stroke and Transient Ischaemic Attack (TIA)
Further conditions will be added in future and the dashboard will be iterated over time with future developments and functionality as well.
